RapidPro is an open source platform that allows anyone to build interactive messaging systems using an easy visual interface.
Primary managers and administrators are national-level public health officials and civil society organisations. Primary end users could be community health workers, mothers, health facility staff, and the general public.
In 2021 through UNICEF support instances alone, 930 million messages were exchanged using RapidPro. RapidPro is used in approximately 116 countries around the world.
